Do you have a few years of experience with Google Ads and are looking for the next step, and/or a fully remote position?
We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join the team.
About The Role
This is a remote/work-from-home position. It is a part-time role to start, 15-20 hours per week, and may grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
This role is primarily responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. We run the majority of our traffic on the Search Network, doing lead generation for local service providers. Facebook Ads campaigns experience is a big plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities can include:
  • Full campaign setup
  • Performing keyword research
  • Creating ad group themes (SKAGs)
  • Creating ad extensions
  • Writing ad copy
  • Split testing ads
  • Weekly optimizations for keywords, bidding, search terms, etc.
  • Helping answer client questions about the ad campaigns via email
  • Troubleshooting underperforming campaigns
  • Review training materials to constantly improve and build your skillset
  • Track your time via our time tracking software

You will be required to use our tools, which include Slack, ClickUp, and HubStaff.
Skills required:
  • Google Ads (Search Network)
  • Copywriting
Bonus points if you have:
  • Facebook Ads
  • Agency experience
  • Landing page experience
  • Conversion rate optimization
We will only consider those who have worked on Google Ads. If you have not created and managed campaigns on this platform, your application will be rejected.
